FIFA Sued Over Bad Officiating for 1 Billion Euros
Colombian lawyer Aurelio Jimenez has taken it upon himself to get justice on behalf of the global football fans. He wants to take FIFA to court over bad officiating at the 2014 World Cup tournament in Brazil.
He said that he is suing FIFA for moral damages caused by bad refereeing at the tournament,demanding for an astonishing 1 billion Euros in compensation.The 74-year old lawyer said Brazil's quarter-final win over Colombia caused particular "distress" causing him cardiac problems and being rushed to the hospital.
